Temperature control (40-70℃) enhances cleaning of aluminum profiles via 120bar spray. The 65℃ dryer prepares profiles for anodizing, preventing stains. Suitable for construction frame manufacturers, removing extrusion oil and dirt, ensuring surface quality.
Cleaning requirements Reference(residues):
| 1. Total weight less than or equal to 4.5mg |
| 2. Metal diameter less than or equal to 600um |
| 3. Non-metallic diameter less than or equal to 1800um |
| 4. Fiber length is less than or equal to 4000um |
| 5. After cleaning, there should be no watermark on the surface (with pure water machine), and it should be completely dry (blind hole) |
