The line’s 21-tank process starts with chemical degreasing (removing oils) and alkali etching (smoothing surfaces), followed by 3 anodizing tanks (25V-3000A rectifiers) that form a porous oxide film—critical for color absorption. After coloring, 4 washing tanks ensure color fastness, preventing fading or peeling. Controlled by Omron PLC, the line supports custom process recipes, with the HMI storing up to 50 color profiles for quick recall.
