A: Conveying part:
1. Frame: The body is constructed with 100×100mm carbon steel square tubes (2.0mm thick), while the machine feet are welded from 50×100mm and 50×50mm carbon steel tubes (2.0mm thick). The surface is finished with a baked paint in off-white.
2. Motor: 750w speed reduction motor with a speed ratio of 1:60, speed controlled by frequency converter.
3. Drum part: 6/10 gear is used as the main and slave force gear, nylon wheel support.
4. Insulation section: Constructed from 1.0mm thick stainless steel plates bent with 4cm rock wool insulation.
5. Mesh section: Features a 6-section large ball carbon steel chain, 1.5mm stainless steel mesh (13mm×20mm grid), and 12mm stainless steel rods.
Insoles: Adjustable height cups.
B: Oven parameters:
1. Plate: The outer layer is made of 1.2mm stainless steel by bending and welding, while the inner layer is made of 1.0mm stainless steel by welding and baking.
2. Air circulation motor: adopts 370w three-phase long shaft motor, equipped with 6-inch air blades, each oven is independently air circulation.
3. Thermal insulation: 80k rock wool is used to fill the insulation layer with a thickness of 10cm.
5. Heating tube: a heating tube with heat sink is used. 12 heating tubes are installed in each oven, each with a power of 1000w.
6. Control box: adopts a special electric box for oven, and the temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 200 degrees.
7. Color: baked paint treatment on the surface of the oven (beige).
8. Voltage: three-phase 380v.
